Your satisfaction with the products we supply is very important to us. Weight of bar stools and the care required to ship bar stools prevents us from being able to make exchanges or returns, except in the case that an item arrives damaged. In the event that you receive damaged goods, contact us immediately (within 30 days or less) at support@barstoolbill.com, so that we may make proper arrangements to get bar stools in excellent condition to your home.
